Welcome to The Tennis Zone at OHTC!

As promised, we’ve done away with the notebook and paper sign ups! We are starting the new year fresh with an online registration and payment system.

Meet Front Desk – our new online tennis registration system! It is an easy and efficient way for you to manage your OHTC tennis clinic schedule and payments.

Here are your 3 EASY STEPS to get started:

STEP 1: Create your own personal account by clicking the "Sign In or Sign Up" button in the upper right hand corner of the Tennis Zone site.
STEP 2: Purchase the class you’d like to take or purchase clinic passes. Think of passes as a “digital punch card.” You can purchase a single visit pass or package of passes that works for you. Take advantage of the discounts. The more you play, the less you pay!
STEP 3: Click on the CALENDAR tab and find the session you want to attend. Select the session that interests you. A pop-up window will appear with a green enroll button. Hit ENROLL. Please enroll for EACH clinic you want to attend. Each pass entitles you to enter one clinic. You must enroll to confirm your spot in the clinic. This allows us to manage class size and inform you of any rainouts or cancellations.

Other Important Information:
  • In the event of wet weather, we will do our best to cancel classes and clinics within 2 hours of the start time. You will be notified via email if you are enrolled. Please see our Rain Policy and our Refund Policy on the FAQ page.
  • If you have any cancellations or changes, you must make those using the Front Desk system (https://tenniszone.frontdeskhq.com).FIRST, cancel your attendance from the clinic in which you are currently enrolled, and THEN enroll for the clinic you would prefer to attend.
  • You MUST be enrolled before attending any class or clinic. If you are NOT enrolled, you may be denied access to the clinic or you will be charged the DROP IN rate. We need you to enroll so we can communicate with you if we have any schedule changes or wet weather.
  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are still enrolled within 24 hours of the start of the clinic, a pass will be deducted from your package.
